Parent Governor Election - March/April 2026
We are pleased to announce a new parent governor election at Haberdashers' Crayford Academy. Every parent or carer will be able to vote if we have their correct email address. Recently, we emailed all parents and carers a letter containing essential information about the election.
If you did not receive that email (by 17 March), it could mean we either do not have your current email address or that you are not registered as a student's primary guardian, and unfortunately you will not be able to participate in the voting process. To check, correct or update your email address to allow you to take part in a potiential vote, please go to the Arbor App/Portal by Friday 27 March. If you do not have an email address at all, please reach out to the school office by the same deadline so that we can make alternative arrangements.
The election will be carried out via an online, secure, secret ballot once the window for nominations has closed. The link to the ballot page and details of how to vote will be sent by email to all parents / cares who are registered with parental responsibility and have an email addressed saved on their school record. If you do not receive an email once the ballot opens and you believe that you should have, please contact the school office.
If you do not have internet access, the school office will be able to help you to participate in the election. Every parent or carer of a child at Crayford Academy has one vote in the election, regardless of how many children they have in the school.
