Class of 2024 celebrate sixth form results at Haberdashers’ Crayford Academy

Sixth Form students at Haberdashers’ Crayford Academy, part of the Haberdashers’ Academies Trust South family of schools, celebrate an excellent set of results today. They have continued to hold their own, with improving results year on year.  A Level results graded C and above have increased by 10% with vocational results graded merit or above increasing by 13% since last year. 

We are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication our students have shown to achieve these results. Many have secured impressive destinations including at excellent universities, such as University of Leicester and Plymouth University, as well as students who are embarking on apprenticeships at Amazon and The Metropolitan Police. We are also pleased to celebrate students confirming a place for Dental Surgery and one securing employment on a Caribbean Cruise ship within the children's club.

We are delighted to welcome our Deputy Head Girl, Tilly, into our staff team to begin her own journey into teacher training. Having started in our nursery and now completing sixth form, Tilly truly embodies our ‘From 3 to Forever’ Haberdashers' ethos. 

Individual success stories include:

• Michaela, who achieved D* in Applied Law, D* in Business and a D* in Health and Social Care. 
• Khalis, who achieved B in Sociology, D* in Health and Social Care and D in Business study is going on to Kent University to study Accounting and Finance. 
• Oluwafolakemi, who achieved A in Maths, A in Physics and D* in IT and is going on to study Science and Mathematics at The University of Manchester

So many of our students have achieved personal bests and top results and we are proud of them all. We have every confidence that all our sixth formers leave us well-prepared and ready for their next steps.
