Academy Parent Governor Election
We are pleased to announce an upcoming parent governor election at Crayford Academy. Every parent or carer can vote if we have their up-to-date email address. Recently, we sent an email to all parents and carers containing essential information about the election. If you have not received your own copy of that email, it means we do not have your email address, and unfortunately, you will not be able to participate in the election.
If you have not received an email by 10 October, please take the following steps:
- Provide Your Email Address: Contact the school office as soon as possible, but no later than 5pm on 21 October 2024, to provide your current email address. This step is crucial for your registration to vote. If you do not have an email address, please reach out to the school office by the same deadline so that we can make alternative arrangements.
The election will be carried out via an online, secure, secret ballot once the window for nominations has closed. The link to the ballot page and details of how to vote will be sent by email to all parents / cares who are registered with parental responsibility and have an email addressed saved on their school record. If you do not receive an email once the ballot opens and you believe that you should have, please contact the school office.
If you do not have internet access, the school office will be able to help you to participate. Every parent or carer of a child at Crayford Academy has one vote in the election, regardless of how many children they have in the school.
