Parents have the right to appeal under The Education Act to an independent panel, against the decision not to offer your child a place at the Academy for September 2026.

Appeal Hearings - Appeals will be held within 40 school days after the deadline. Appellants will receive at least 10 days notice of their appeal hearing. Decision letters will be sent within 5 school days of the hearing wherever possible. |

Appeals for an In-Year place will be heard by an independent appeals panel within 30 school days of the appeal being received.

Appeals must be lodged within 30 school days of the published GCSE results. and the Academy will arrange hearing within 30 days from receipt of the Appeal.
